To match our delivery schedules to your requirements, our new service uses four straightforward destination zones.

Check the destination zone for your consignment below, then calculate the delivery cost from the table below.

Please note that these are expected transit times and are not guaranteed.

*1. Certain destinations within Zones 3 and 4 are outside the above delivery times.
*2. The above times exclude the day of collection.
*3. For former East Germany and southern France add one day.
*4. Parcels over 31kg to Czech Republic and Slovakia by special services only.
*5. Tariff applies to mainland destinations only.
*6. Transit times to certain destinations may be affected by delays in customs clearance.
*7. Individual items over 31kg or 300cm girth will go via our heavyweight service. Any items over 300kg should go via special services - call 0500 005 005 for details.

This parcel service covers packages weighing up to 31.5kg. (Any item over this weight or exceeding the dimensions listed below will be transported via our heavy weight freight system, which in some cases is a slower service.)

Maximum dimensions are: 175cm length 300cm girth The charge will be based on either the volumetric or the actual weight, depending on which is the greater of the two. The volumetric weight of your parcel should be calculated as follows:

Calculate the cost of your consignment by checking your destination zone from the map.

For consignments up to 5kg simply refer to the appropriate zone column.

For consignments over 5kg take the appropriate fixed consignment rate and add to this a multiplication of the appropriate additional cost per kilo rate (over the inclusive 5kg).

Thereafter fixed consignment rate inclusive of first 5kg plus additional cost per kg

6-70kg - 1.25 - 1.85 - 2.50 - 2.70

An additional charge of £25 will be made for final Customs clearence for non-EU destinations subject to terms of shipment
